Summer Life

Wow, it's been awhile. Hope you haven't missed us too much. We've been keeping busy with work (summer is a busy time for both of us) and various activities. Two of the things we've done recently (and that I'm posting pictures of) are a trip to Eagle Creek Park for Leslie's birthday and a weekend spent up at Leslie's parent's lake home over July 4th. So enjoy the pictures and be on the lookout for another post coming soon!

There are lots of beautiful trails through the woods and around the reservoir

It feels like you're somewhere remote, but you're still in Indianapolis

The deer also feel at home here

The Ornithology Center has a great bird viewing station setup over the water

And they have a lot of bird feeders near a bank of big windows

Plus hummingbird feeders too!
